Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using RobloxDevelopment services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Services
RobloxDevelopment provides Roblox game development services including but not limited to scripting, UI/UX design, game systems development, and consulting. All services are provided on a project-by-project basis with agreed-upon deliverables and timelines.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is processed through Whop. For fixed-price services, full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed. For hourly services, payment is billed weekly or upon project completion. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
4. Project Ownership
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and rights to the delivered work product. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Source code and assets become your property upon payment completion.
5. Revisions and Scope
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur additional charges. We will communicate any scope changes and associated costs before proceeding.
6. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith. We will communicate any delays as soon as they become apparent. Delays caused by client feedback, scope changes, or external factors may extend the timeline without penalty.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and access required to complete the project. Delays in providing required materials may result in extended timelines. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any assets you provide.
8. Limitation of Liability
RobloxDevelopment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to that point. We reserve the right to retain partial payment for work in progress.

RobloxDevelopment is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and all related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. We operate as an independent development service provider.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
