2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe (excluding delays caused by client)
- Delivered work significantly differs from the agreed specifications
- Technical issues on our end prevent service delivery
- Request made within 24 hours of purchase, before work has begun
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Work has been completed and delivered as specified
- Client fails to provide required materials or feedback in a timely manner
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Scope changes requested by the client
- Consulting or mentoring hours that have been used
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where work has partially been completed, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the work not yet delivered. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of deliverables completed at the time of the refund request.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots
- Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request
6. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in being banned from future services.
8. Revisions vs. Refunds
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to request revisions if the delivered work does not meet your expectations. We include revisions with our services and are happy to make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
